Objectives:    

The Community Energy Spring Gathering aimed to facilitate discussions and share best practices among energy cooperatives throughout Europe. Cinergies Co-Op’s role was to document these discussions through a short video report that captured the key themes, workshops, and outcomes of the event.

–  Document the Gathering:   Produce a video report that highlights the significant discussions, workshops, and outcomes of the gathering.

–  Promote Cooperative Values:   Support REScoop.eu by offering our services at a discounted rate, demonstrating our commitment to the principle of cooperation among cooperatives.

–  Extend the Reach:   Link the video report to our “Future of Energy” podcast series to further disseminate the insights gained from the gathering to a broader audience.

Methodology:    

The production of the video report involved capturing key moments from the event, including workshops, interviews with notable speakers, and footage of the venues. The aim was to create a comprehensive overview of the gathering, which would serve as both a record of the event and a promotional tool for future initiatives.

– Filming and Interviews:   The video included interviews with key figures in the energy cooperative movement, alongside footage of the gathering’s activities.

– Post-Production:   The content was edited into a cohesive narrative that reflects the spirit and goals of the gathering, optimized for sharing on various platforms, including REScoop.eu’s channels.

Outcomes:    

The video report was well-received by REScoop.eu and the participants of the gathering. It has been used to promote the outcomes of the event and to inspire further collaboration within the energy cooperative movement.
