Overview

Cinergies Co-Op was entrusted with the production of a key video for the Agro Fossil Free project, an EU Horizon initiative focused on reducing fossil fuel usage in agriculture. The video prominently featured the innovative work of Brite Solar, a Greek nanotechnology company developing transparent photovoltaic panels for agricultural use. This project is part of our ongoing collaboration with the Athens Agricultural University, highlighting technological advancements and fostering sustainable agricultural practices.

In Depth

Objectives:

The primary goal of the Agro Fossil Free video was to communicate the importance of reducing fossil fuel dependence in agriculture and showcase innovative technologies that support this transition. Cinergies Co-Op was responsible for producing a video that would not only inform but also inspire stakeholders across Europe to adopt these green technologies.

–  Promote Green Technologies:   Highlight cutting-edge innovations, such as transparent photovoltaic panels developed by Greek companies, which contribute to energy self-sufficiency in agriculture.

–   Raise Awareness:   Educate the public and stakeholders on the benefits of fossil fuel reduction in agricultural practices.

–   Support the Project’s Mission:   Ensure that the project’s objectives are effectively communicated to a broad audience, emphasizing the role of the digital platform AgEnergy in disseminating these technologies.

 Methodology:

The video production process involved a detailed script that guided the filming across various locations, including research laboratories and agricultural sites in Greece. The narrative focused on both the technological challenges and breakthroughs, using interviews with key researchers and stakeholders to bring the story to life.

–   Research and Script Development:   The script was developed based on extensive research into the project’s goals and the specific innovations it aimed to highlight, ensuring that the content was both accurate and engaging.

–   Filming:   The video was shot on location at key sites such as the Brite Solar laboratories and agricultural installations, capturing both the technical aspects and real-world applications of the technologies.

–   Post-Production:   The final video was carefully edited to integrate interviews, on-site footage, and technical animations, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative that would resonate with the target audience.

Outcomes:

The video produced by Cinergies Co-Op was well-received and played a crucial role in the Agro Fossil Free project’s outreach efforts. It was widely disseminated through the project’s digital platform and other media channels, helping to raise awareness about the importance of fossil fuel reduction in agriculture.
